• User IDs — to identify users for commands, moderation, and preferences.
• Server (Guild) IDs — to store server-specific settings and permissions.
• Commands and usage — to run features and, where applicable, improve services.
• Logs — such as moderation actions, errors, or audit events, where relevant to the bot’s function.

Why We Collect It

Data is used to deliver bot features (e.g. moderation, music, utilities), enforce server rules, perform analytics necessary to maintain and improve the service, and comply with legal or safety requirements. We do not use data for purposes unrelated to operating the bots.

No Selling or Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties for marketing or advertising. Data may be shared only where required by law, to protect our rights or safety, or with service providers that process data on our behalf under strict confidentiality and data-processing terms.

Data Retention

We retain data only as long as needed to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, or resolve disputes. Logs and temporary data may be deleted on a regular schedule. You may request deletion of your data (see “Your Rights” below).

Security Practices

We use industry-standard measures to protect data, including encryption in transit, access controls, and secure hosting. Secrets (e.g. bot tokens, API keys) are stored in environment variables and never committed to code or exposed to the client. We regularly review and update our security practices.

Third-Party Services

Our bots rely on and may share necessary data with:

• Discord API — to operate on the Discord platform; use is subject to Discord’s Privacy Policy and Terms.
• Hosting providers — where our services run; we choose providers with strong security and data-processing commitments.
• Top.gg or similar listing sites — when used, for listing and analytics in line with their policies.

Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data. To do so, or for any privacy-related question, please contact us (see contact details below). We will respond within a reasonable time and in line with applicable law.

Our bots and this privacy policy are intended to comply with the Discord Developer Terms of Service and Developer Policy. By using our bots, you also agree to Discord’s Terms of Service and Privacy Policy where applicable.
