TekSquad Discord Bots
Our Discord bots may collect and process the following data in order to operate and provide features:
Data is used to deliver bot features (e.g. moderation, music, utilities), enforce server rules, perform analytics necessary to maintain and improve the service, and comply with legal or safety requirements. We do not use data for purposes unrelated to operating the bots.
We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties for marketing or advertising. Data may be shared only where required by law, to protect our rights or safety, or with service providers that process data on our behalf under strict confidentiality and data-processing terms.
We retain data only as long as needed to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, or resolve disputes. Logs and temporary data may be deleted on a regular schedule. You may request deletion of your data (see “Your Rights” below).
We use industry-standard measures to protect data, including encryption in transit, access controls, and secure hosting. Secrets (e.g. bot tokens, API keys) are stored in environment variables and never committed to code or exposed to the client. We regularly review and update our security practices.
