TekSquad Discord Bots
You agree to use our Discord bots only in a lawful and respectful manner. Use must comply with Discord’s Terms of Service, Community Guidelines, and Developer Terms. You are responsible for how the bot is used within your servers and for ensuring that your members follow these terms.

The bots and related services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or secure operation. You use the bots at your own risk.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, TekSquad and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, revenue, or profits, arising from your use of or inability to use the bots. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, if any, or zero.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to our bots for any server or user that violates these terms, abuses the service, or for any other reason we deem necessary to protect the service or others. We may also discontinue or modify the bots with reasonable notice where feasible. You do not have a contractual right to continued access.
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will indicate the last updated date and may notify users via our Discord server or the bot when changes are material. Continued use of the bots after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Use of our bots must comply with Discord’s Terms of Service, Community Guidelines, and Developer Terms. We may take action in line with Discord’s policies and report serious violations to Discord where appropriate. You are responsible for ensuring your server and members also comply with Discord’s rules.
